HOW TO PLAY

Leader Play®  is an exciting blend of a team-building board game and a business simulation, all wrapped up in a fun, coaching experience!

In the first chapter, Wildlife Guardians, groups of 5-6 people dive into a mission to protect their habitats, with a maximum of 5 groups, total 30 participants sharing one playset.  They’ll strategize on resource allocation, spin the lucky wheel for unexpected events, and tackle challenges like natural disasters.

Over three hours, teams engage in lively discussions, make strategic decisions, and collaborate closely. Plus, they wrap it all up with a reflective coaching moment to boost their growth together!
