Planning a Leader Play® session is super quick! You can set up a half-day team building activity in just 60 minutes. It's designed to be efficient and hassle-free! 

1. Purchase the Leader Play®  Certified Facilitator package online.
2. Learn how to facilitate by watching a series of five-minutes videos (total 40 minutes).
3. Receive the Playset and the Coaching Guide. Select the relevant coaching questions based on your project goals.
4. Facilitate using the Playset following a simple 3-hour timeline -
   No printing, no extensive rehearsals, no need for additional tools.
   A complete, fun and engaging learning experience all in one package!
5. Fill out a simple form of 5 questions and submit 2 photos to receive your certified facilitator e-Certificate!

Absolutely! With our coaching kit, you can select coaching questions, well categorized in different chapters, that align with your team’s objectives, making the experience tailored to your needs.

 LeaderPlay® is versatile and can be used for various age groups, with a recommended age of 15 and up, as it ensures participants can fully engage in the strategic thinking and teamwork aspects.

Not at all! The activities are designed to be easy to understand and facilitate, it’s just like a simple board game you play at home, paired with a coaching guide and an artistic playset. Anyone can lead an engaging session, regardless of their experience level. 

All you need to jump into the fun is the LeaderPlay® Play Set! The Facilitator’s Kit also includes coaching questions and reflective tools to enhance your session’s learning impact!

You can facilitate with groups ranging from 2 to 100 people! Each set is designed for groups of maximum 30, ensuring an engaging and interactive miniature creativity experience.

For example, for a group of 90 participants, we receommend purchasing three LeaderPlay® Play Sets.

Yes! In the spirit of sustainability, the Play Set is designed to be reused, allowing you to enjoy it with your team time and time again.

Absolutely! If you need to replace any missing miniatures or cards, just contact our admin team for a quote. 

Yes, the facilitator's kit includes a valuable coaching guide, and simple guided videos that enhances the experience and save your planning time!

We certify a maximum of two Master Trainers in each country. Without additional fees, a Master Trainer commits a yearly quota of Leader Play® certifications in their region. 

We carefully select experienced and engaging Leader Play® Leaders, yet the application process is straightforward. 

1. Apply by filling in a simple digital form and submit your CV or a LinkedIn profile.
2. Once your identity is verified, you’ll have a chemistry call with a Leader Play® committee member.
3. Upon approval, you’ll become a Master Trainer and agree to the yearly certification commitment.
